Software Administration Notice
Ready Console helps teams systemize and track recurring events, requirements, and document files. It does not replace qualified third-party legal counsel, tax accountants, insurance brokers, certified HR managers, DOT safety compliance advisors, or regulatory personnel.
What is Ready Console?
Ready Console is an operational compliance management utility designed to help busy teams organize their corporate requirements, track vendor credentials, monitor renewal deadlines, and keep critical files secure in one place. We replace scattered spreadsheets, disorganized email folders, and tracking gaps with active visibility.
Who is Ready Console for?
Ready Console is built for growing startups, multi-entity operators, property managers, franchise owners, transport safety coordinators, field service operations, trade groups, and holding company operators. It is particularly designed for companies with complex structures where requirements, filings, and vendor paperwork are split among different LLCs, locations, or team members.
What kinds of compliance items can Ready Console track?
Ready Console is highly flexible and can track any requirement with a due date, file attachment, or recurring renewal. Common items include state annual report filings, local business licenses, operating permits, vendor contracts, Certificates of Insurance, tax certifications, equipment inspections, and employee safety credentials.
Can Ready Console track vendor COIs and W-9s?
Yes. Ready Console has dedicated features to help organize vendor records, track contractor and supplier Certificates of Insurance (COIs), standard W-9 documents, and track expiration timelines, giving you an active view of contractor coverage limits and tax documentation status.
Can Ready Console support multiple companies, LLCs, locations, or DBAs?
Yes, Ready Console is built with a native multi-entity structural capability. You can define separate operating companies, facilities, franchises, or subsidiaries, and assign specific compliance trackers to specific entities, while maintaining an executive-level rollout of status across the whole portfolio.
Can Ready Console track vehicles, assets, and inspections?
Yes. In Ready Console, you can manage specific assets (such as trucks, trailers, heavy machinery, or facilities) as tracking entities. This lets operations managers monitor registrations, DOT permits, and periodic safety inspection requirements against specific units easily.
Can Ready Console track professional licenses or credentials?
Yes. You can track physician licenses, DEA numbers, professional plumbing/electrical trade credentials, or specialized certifications. The platform organizes evidence and alerts you or the operator before a license is due to expire.
Does Ready Console replace legal, tax, insurance, HR, DOT, or regulatory advice?
No. Ready Console is strictly an administrative tracking software. We help you organize deadlines, store files, and manage your workflows. Ready Console does not verify state laws, draft legal filings, evaluate policy limits, or provide regulatory advice. Users remain entirely responsible for consulting their respective legal, accounting, tax, and insurance professionals.
Does Ready Console store documents?
Yes. Ready Console features a secure, centralized Document Vault. This allows users to attach physical evidence—such as PDF licenses, scanned permits, signed agreements, and tax affidavits—directly inside the context of each separate tracking requirement, keeping records easy for teams to instantly locate.
Can users assign requirements to team members?
Yes. You can easily assign compliance tasks, specific licenses, or entire location lists to designated team members and operators. This ensures that every requirements profile has documented ownership, reducing the chance of critical renewals being missed.
Does Ready Console send reminders?
Yes. Ready Console is built to alert designated owners and managers of upcoming credential and tracking expirations through clear, systemized email warnings, allowing teams plenty of time to secure renewals prior to regulatory deadlines.
Can Ready Console help with reporting?
Yes. Ready Console generates instant compliance visibility reports. Teams can export summaries and review what is overdue, due soon, missing, or complete across your entire multi-entity holdings from one clear dashboard.
Is Ready Console available for self-serve signup?
No. To ensure high-touch, error-free setup of complex multi-entity profiles, we personally onboarding of every tenant. This allows us to properly map your unique corporate structures, fields, and vendor parameters before deployment.
