Ready Console values privacy, security, and customer trust. This Privacy Notice explains how Ready Console collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with our public website, software platform, communications, support interactions, and related services.
Ready Console helps organizations manage operational compliance workflows, documents, deadlines, assignments, reminders, acknowledgements, and reporting. Ready Console does not provide legal, tax, insurance, HR, DOT, medical, or regulatory advice.
1. Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to information collected through:
- the Ready Console public website at
www.readyconsole.com; - the Ready Console application at
app.readyconsole.com; - account registration, login, and user access workflows;
- communications with Ready Console, including email and support requests;
- request access, pricing, sales, and onboarding inquiries;
- customer support and customer care interactions;
- privacy, data, accessibility, security, trust, DPA, and legal requests;
- product-related emails, reminders, notifications, and operational communications; and
- Ready Console’s software-as-a-service platform and related services.
This Privacy Notice explains how Ready Console handles personal information where Ready Console acts as a business, controller, or service provider, depending on the context and applicable law.
When Ready Console processes information that a customer enters into the Ready Console platform on behalf of that customer, Ready Console generally processes that information to provide the service according to the customer’s instructions and applicable agreements.
The privacy practices of Ready Console customers may differ from this Privacy Notice. If your information was entered into Ready Console by a Ready Console customer, you may need to contact that customer directly to exercise certain privacy rights.
2. Information We Collect
Ready Console may collect or process the following types of information.
2.1 Account and Contact Information
This may include:
- name;
- work email address;
- phone number;
- company or organization name;
- job title or role;
- billing or business contact details, if applicable;
- information submitted through request access, pricing, contact, or support emails.
2.2 Authentication and User Access Information
Ready Console uses Firebase Auth for authentication where applicable. Authentication-related information may include:
- user identifier;
- email address;
- authentication provider;
- login timestamps or related authentication metadata;
- password reset or account access metadata;
- account status;
- organization membership;
- user role and permission settings.
2.3 Organization, Company, and Entity Records
Customers may enter information related to:
- organizations;
- companies or entities;
- subsidiaries;
- DBAs;
- locations;
- facilities;
- contacts;
- ownership or management structures;
- account settings;
- module configuration;
- entity-scoped visibility.
2.4 Compliance Workflow Information
Customers may use Ready Console to track:
- compliance requirements;
- due dates;
- expiration dates;
- renewal information;
- categories;
- priority;
- status;
- assigned users;
- acknowledgements;
- notes;
- reminders;
- reports;
- missing documentation;
- completed or archived records.
2.5 Vendor and Contractor Information
Customers may enter vendor or contractor information, such as:
- vendor names;
- contact names;
- work emails;
- phone numbers;
- service categories;
- W-9 tracking information;
- certificate of insurance tracking information;
- vendor document status;
- vendor-related compliance requirements.
2.6 Documents, Evidence, and Uploaded Files
Ready Console may process uploaded documents and evidence files through Firebase Storage or related storage infrastructure. Uploaded files may include documents that customers choose to store, such as:
- insurance certificates;
- W-9s;
- licenses;
- permits;
- registrations;
- inspection records;
- credential documents;
- facility documents;
- vendor paperwork;
- compliance evidence;
- other business documents selected by the customer.
Customers control what documents they upload. Ready Console does not require customers to upload highly sensitive information to use the core service.
2.7 Vehicles, Assets, Credentials, and Locations
Depending on enabled modules and customer configuration, Ready Console may process information related to:
- vehicles;
- assets;
- equipment;
- inspections;
- registrations;
- credential holders;
- professional licenses;
- personnel requirements;
- locations;
- facilities;
- facility inspections;
- related compliance records.
2.8 Communications and Support Information
When you contact Ready Console, we may process:
- your name;
- email address;
- company information;
- message content;
- support request details;
- legal, privacy, accessibility, or security request details;
- any files or screenshots you choose to provide;
- email metadata needed to process and respond to the request.
2.9 Email Delivery Metadata
Ready Console may use Resend or similar transactional email infrastructure to send operational emails, such as invitations, password reset emails, assignment notifications, acknowledgement notifications, reminder emails, account communications, access or pricing communications, and support communications.
Email delivery metadata may include recipient email address, subject, delivery status, timestamps, and related technical information.
2.10 Usage, Device, and Security Information
Ready Console may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service, such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- pages or routes accessed;
- login or session metadata;
- security logs;
- error logs;
- audit-minded activity metadata;
- timestamps;
- approximate location inferred from IP address, where applicable.
3. Information Customers Choose to Submit
Ready Console is a customer-configurable workflow platform. Customers decide what information to enter, upload, assign, archive, or track.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they enter into Ready Console is lawful, accurate, appropriate, and permitted under their own policies and applicable law.
Ready Console should not be used to store medical records, protected health information, highly sensitive personal information, or other regulated data unless a specific written agreement authorizing that use is in place.
4. How We Collect Information
Ready Console may collect information from:
- You: e.g., when you request access, request pricing, contact support, submit a privacy or data request, create an account, log in, use the Ready Console application, upload documents, configure workflows, or interact with reminders.
- Customers and Authorized Users: e.g., when they enter information about employees, vendors, contractors, credential holders, locations, assets, entities, or other contacts.
- Service Providers and Infrastructure Providers: e.g., receiving technical, delivery, authentication, hosting, or support-related information from providers used to operate the service.
- Automatic Collection: e.g., automatically collecting limited usage, device, browser, security, and log information when users access the website or application.
5. How We Use Information
Ready Console may use information to:
- provide and operate the Ready Console platform;
- authenticate users;
- manage accounts and organizations;
- support compliance workflow tracking;
- store and organize customer-uploaded documents;
- manage assignments, acknowledgements, reminders, and notifications;
- generate reports and visibility dashboards;
- support multi-entity, vendor, asset, credential, and location workflows;
- send transactional and operational emails;
- respond to support, privacy, data, accessibility, security, and legal requests;
- maintain security and prevent misuse;
- troubleshoot errors and improve reliability;
- analyze product performance and usage at an operational level;
- enforce agreements and policies;
- comply with legal obligations;
- evaluate access, pricing, onboarding, and customer inquiries.
Ready Console does not sell Customer Data.
Ready Console does not use one customer’s Customer Data to provide services to another customer.
6. How We Share Information
Ready Console may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Customer Administrators and Authorized Users: Information entered in a customer’s workspace is visible according to roles, permissions, entity scope, assignments, and product configuration.
- With Service Providers and Subprocessors: We use trusted third parties to support operations. This includes Google LLC (GCP / Firebase), Resend, Inc. (transactional emails), Cloudflare, Inc. (public website hosting and CDN), GitHub, Inc. (code revision control), and GoDaddy / DNS providers. Ready Console maintains a complete, active list at /subprocessors.
- For Legal, Security, or Compliance Reasons: Disclosing if necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect safety or property, prevent fraud, or investigate violations.
- In Connection With Business Changes: In mergers, acquisitions, financing, reorganizations, or sales, subject to appropriate privacy safeguards.
- With Your Direction or Consent: When you direct us or consent to sharing.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The public Ready Console website is intended to operate as a lightweight static marketing site.
If analytics, advertising pixels, chat tools, CRM tracking, or similar technologies are added later, the Cookie Policy and this Privacy Notice should be updated.
Ready Console may use limited cookies or local storage where necessary to support basic functionality, security, preferences, or authentication in the application. Ready Console does not use behavioral advertising networks.

8. Marketing Communications
Ready Console may use contact information to respond to access, pricing, sales, onboarding, or product inquiries. Sales and access inquiries should be sent to: access@readyconsole.com.
You may request and opt out of marketing communications at any time. Operational emails (password resets, reminders, account-related functions) are still sent.
9. Security
Ready Console is designed with security-minded and audit-minded operating practices. Our security measures include Firebase Auth, Firestore structured records, Firebase Storage for uploaded document and evidence storage, Cloud Run where applicable, role-based controls, entity-scoping, and secure support boundaries.
Ready Console does not currently claim SOC 2 certification, HIPAA compliance, ISO certification, PCI certification, or similar third-party certification unless separately stated in official trust documentation.

10. Data Retention
Ready Console retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, support accounts, preserve audit logs, comply with legal obligations, or enforce agreements. Our design preserves archived evidence rather than casual deletions to aid customer continuity.
11. U.S.-Focused Operations
Ready Console is currently intended for U.S.-focused operations unless otherwise agreed. If geographic access controls are used, they should be implemented at the hosting, CDN, firewall, or edge-security layer rather than through client-side JavaScript.
12. Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding access, deletion, correction, or restrictions. Contact: requests@readyconsole.com (Subject: Ready Console Privacy Request) with your relationship details.
13. Children’s Privacy
Ready Console is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
14. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the privacy or security of any linked third-party websites.
15. Public Website and App Separation
The public website (www.readyconsole.com) does not run application hooks, Firebase Auth, Firestore database hooks, or tenant route tracking. The authenticated application (app.readyconsole.com) manages secure client data in complete operational isolation.
16. Geo-Blocking and Regional Access Controls
If geographic access controls are used, they should be implemented at the hosting, CDN, firewall, or edge-security layer rather than through client-side JavaScript.
